Four Color Colours High Speed Flexographic Flexo Printer

The printer supports a variety of substrates including paper, labels, cards, tubes, bills, cloths, PE, BOPP, OPP, paper and non-woven fabrics.

The system is customizable and available in 2-, 4- or 6-color configurations. The model name indicates a four-color option but confirm with the supplier which configuration you are purchasing.

The machine dimensions are 3800 x 1900 x 2700 mm (L x W x H) and the weight is approximately 3500 kg. Plan for sufficient floor space and lifting/installation equipment.

Total installed power is 21 kW. The printer supports 220V or 380V configurations—verify the correct voltage and electrical hookup with your supplier and electrician.

Maximum material width is 600 mm.

The printer uses flexographic plates with a specified plate thickness of 2.38 mm. Typically photopolymer flexo plates are used; confirm plate compatibility with your plate supplier.

Yes — the unit is described as an automatic, high-speed flexographic printer designed for efficient, high-volume production. For exact line speeds and throughput estimates, request the machine's speed (m/min) specifications from the vendor.

Flexographic presses commonly use water-based, solvent-based, UV and UV-LED inks depending on the drying system and substrate. Confirm which drying and ink systems are fitted or available as options for this model.

Drying/curing systems vary by configuration; many flexo presses include hot-air or UV/IR drying modules. Check the specific machine build or available options with the supplier to confirm which drying system is included.

Artwork is typically supplied as high-resolution vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) with separated color channels. Plate-making follows standard flexo plate production; consult your prepress provider and the supplier for required resolutions, traps and file setup guidelines.

The machine has compact dimensions that facilitate line integration, but mechanical, electrical and material handling interfaces should be planned. Provide your site and line specifications to the supplier so they can advise on conveyors, unwinds/rewinds and control integration.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning anilox rolls, checking registration and tension systems, replacing wear parts (doctor blades, bearings, seals) and routine lubrication. Service intervals depend on usage; obtain the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and recommended spare parts list.

Most suppliers offer operator training, commissioning and after-sales support or spare parts packages. Confirm training scope, warranty terms and local service availability with the seller before purchase.

Flexo presses provide good registration suitable for labels and packaging, but exact registration accuracy and print quality depend on configuration, plate making, inks and substrate. Ask the vendor for machine registration specs, sample prints and capability demonstrations.

This product is listed as new. Warranty terms are not included in the product description—verify warranty length, coverage and any extended service contracts with the supplier at the time of purchase.
