The FGX-DZS Double Lane Electronic Fruit Grading Machine is a high-capacity automated sorting solution designed for the accurate grading and classification of fruits based on weight. Featuring a double-lane, dual-side collection design, the FGX-DZS is capable of processing between 40,000 and 42,000 pieces of fruit per hour, making it suitable for large-scale commercial fruit handling operations. The advanced electronic weighing system utilizes high-precision TOLEDO weighing sensors and PLC-controlled technology to ensure consistent grading performance with a sorting accuracy of over 95%.

The machine offers six effective grading categories and is equipped with sixteen collection trays, with eight trays positioned on each side of the machine. This configuration enables efficient sorting and collection of multiple fruit grades simultaneously, streamlining packaging and distribution processes.

Designed for user-friendly operation, the grading machine features a bilingual Chinese and English interface, text display control system, weighing module integration, and cumulative weight recording through the PLC system.
