FBD-T 4 Four Side Seal Middle Seal Plastic Pouch Bag Sachet Bag Making Machine

The FBD-T 4 is an industrial machine designed to produce four-side sealed and middle-seal plastic pouches and sachets. It performs film feeding, sealing and cutting with PLC-controlled automation for high-speed, consistent bag making.

It produces four-side sealed pouches and middle-seal sachets suitable for a wide range of applications including food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, household items and retail products.

The machine is designed for plastic films (multi-layer or single-layer laminates commonly used in sachet and pouch production). For exact compatible film types and thickness ranges, contact the supplier with your material specifications.

The maximum production speed is up to 160 pieces per minute; actual speed depends on bag size, film material, sealing parameters and production conditions.

The machine operates on 380–450V three-phase power. Confirm local power compatibility and supply requirements with your supplier or electrician before installation.

The machine accepts a maximum main material width of 850 mm. Final bag width will depend on the pouch layout and sealing configuration.

The overall dimensions are listed as 10550 x 1700 x 1830 mm (L x W x H). Verify available floor space, including clearance for loading and maintenance, before delivery.

Key components include an industrial motor and PLC control system for automated operation, along with heating/sealing elements and cutting units. The PLC enables precise control of sealing time, temperature and bag length.
