Electric Industrial Robot Vacuum Cleaner / Smart Cleaning Robot / Robot Server

The HT-R2 from HONEST is an electric industrial-grade robot vacuum cleaner (also described as a smart cleaning robot/robot server) designed for commercial indoor cleaning in hotels, apartments, office buildings and public areas. It combines sweeping, scrubbing and vacuuming with gyroscope-based navigation, a 13.3-inch touchscreen and voice control.

Key specs include model HT-R2, dimensions 595 × 540 × 715 mm, net weight 50 kg, 24V 40Ah battery, up to 12 hours runtime, 1.5-hour charging time, 900 W suction power, 14 L dust box, 17 L water tank, noise level ≤ 70 dB, gyroscope navigation and a 13.3-inch LCD touch screen.

The built-in battery provides up to 12 hours of runtime on a full charge. The specified charging time is approximately 1.5 hours.

The robot supports multiple cleaning modes including sweeping, scrubbing and vacuuming, enabling combined dry and wet cleaning workflows for different floor types.

The HT-R2 uses gyroscope-based navigation for stable position tracking and route planning. It is designed for systematic coverage of large indoor areas; additional sensor suites and mapping features may vary by configuration—contact the vendor for details on advanced mapping or integration.

It is intended for indoor commercial surfaces—hard floors such as tile, stone, concrete and sealed wood, and for routine cleaning of low-pile carpets. It is not designed for uneven outdoor terrain or high-pile rugs.

Control is available via the integrated 13.3-inch LCD touchscreen and built-in voice options. For facility integration (BMS, scheduling systems or remote monitoring), contact HONEST or your distributor for available interfaces and APIs.

Automatic dirt disposal means the robot can empty collected debris into a docking/disposal station so that manual emptying is reduced. Exact docking station features depend on the supplied configuration—refer to the product documentation or supplier for details and installation requirements.

The HT-R2 has a 14 L dust box and a 17 L water tank. Follow the operator manual: remove the dust box for cleaning or, if equipped, place the robot on the disposal dock for automatic emptying; refill the water tank at the fill point and secure it before operation. Clean and dry tanks regularly to prevent odors or bacterial growth.

Regular maintenance includes emptying/cleaning the dust box and water tank, cleaning brushes and suction inlets, inspecting and cleaning filters and sensors, checking wheels and brushes for wear, and ensuring charging contacts are clean. Replace consumables (brushes, filters, seals) per the schedule in the user manual or when performance degrades.

The specified noise level is ≤ 70 dB. Noise will vary with cleaning mode and suction level; in high-power modes it will be closer to the upper limit.

Yes. The unit weighs about 50 kg—use proper lifting techniques or two persons when moving it. Keep cleaning areas clear of people and obstructions during operation, follow electrical safety and charging instructions, and follow the user manual for safe operation and maintenance.

The HT-R2 uses a 24V 40Ah battery. Battery life depends on usage patterns and charging cycles. For replacement batteries, best practices, and end-of-life disposal, contact HONEST or an authorized service provider for recommended parts and service.

Warranty and service plans are not listed in the basic product information. HONEST and authorized distributors typically offer warranty, installation, commissioning and training options—contact your vendor or reseller for specific warranty terms, service contracts and on-site training.

Provide the model number (HT-R2) and your serial number when contacting HONEST or an authorized service center. They can supply spare parts (brushes, filters, batteries), consumables, docking stations and technical support or maintenance contracts.
