Overview
Gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter short as GIS) is made up of the direct combination of electrical components such as circuit breaker, disconnector, earthing switch, transformer, arrester, busbar, bush, cable sealing end, etc. All components are enclosed in the metal shell, which are full filled with SF6 gas for insulation and arc extinction. GIS is one of the most important equipments in the line output and distribution system for control and protection, which has advantages for small size, space saving, easy installation, and not affected by the surroundings for its high availability. GIS can also be assembled freely, maintained easily, and have low repair requirement, which is widely used in hydropower station and transformer station. ELH1-126/T2500-40 series GIS is completed under the cooperation of Tianshui Changcheng Switchgear Group Co.,Ltd. and FGUPVEI. During the process of designing, making full use of the most advanced finite-element analysis software system for analog computation and analysis to the breaking process of breaker, GIS electric-field distribution and other parameters. During the manufacture and check process of ELH1 series GIS insulation switchgear absorb and apply the advanced international technology and production management pattern. Thus it has advanced technology, high availability and easy maintenance, etc. In accordance with GB/T13540, separately using earthquake response spectrum and synthetic earthquake wave in X+Z direction and X+Z direction, the checking for nine intensity earthquake zone have been done in the national authority. Horizontal ground acceleration takes 0.5g
and vertical takes o.333g; critical damping ratio of structure takes 5%. The result showed that ELH1 type GIS completely meets the requirement of anti-nine degree seismic intensity. ELH1 type gas-insulated switchgear with rated voltage 126kV and short-circuit current 40kA, manufactured by Tianshui Changcheng SwitchgearGroup Co.,Ltd.conforms to GB7674 standard- Gas Insulated Metal Enclosed Equipment above 72.5kV and relevant specification, which is suitable to use and install in outdoor or indoor condition.
