Electric Commercial Ironing and Folding Machine for Bed Sheets Linen Fabrics and Cloth for Industrial Commercial Laundries

It is designed for industrial and commercial laundries to iron and fold bed sheets, linen fabrics and other cloth materials, delivering crisp, professional finishes and saving time in high-volume operations.

It is intended for bed sheets, linens and most common woven fabrics used in hotels, hospitals and laundries. For very delicate or specialty fabrics, test a sample or consult the supplier for recommended settings.

The machine is available in 380V, 220V and 110V configurations. 380V models typically require three-phase power; 110V/220V may be single- or three-phase depending on the configuration. Have a qualified electrician verify site supply and circuit protection before installation.

Overall dimensions are 4200 mm (L) × 3150 mm (W) × 1850 mm (H) and the machine weight is approximately 1000 kg.

Provide level floor space matching the machine footprint plus clearance for loading/unloading and service access. Ensure floor load capacity for ~1000 kg, appropriate electrical supply, and adequate ventilation. Professional installation and electrical hookup by an authorized technician is recommended.

Throughput depends on fabric type, sheet size and operator settings. Model-specific hourly rates vary; please provide fabric specs and desired output to your Mapled representative for an accurate capacity estimate.

Basic operator training is recommended to ensure safe, efficient use and correct folding patterns. Ask your dealer about training options—many suppliers provide on-site or remote training during installation.

Regular maintenance usually includes daily cleaning of contact surfaces, periodic inspection and tensioning of belts, lubrication of bearings per the service schedule, and scheduled checks of electrical components. Follow the manufacturer maintenance manual and arrange periodic professional servicing.

Safety features differ by configuration; common provisions include emergency stop controls, guards over moving parts and electrical protections. Confirm the exact safety features and compliance with local regulations with the supplier before purchase.
