Electric Animal Poultry Feed Mill Feed Processing Machine Feed Pellet Model: AKK-150

Electric Animal Poultry Feed Mill Feed Processing Machine Feed Pellet - Model AKK-150, manufactured by Ainuok.

Condition: New. Weight: 95 kg. Dimensions (L*W*H): 110*35*70 cm. Voltage options: 220V / 380V. Capacity: 80 kg/h to 1.2 t/h (depends on raw material and configuration). Pellet diameter: 2–10 mm.

It is suitable for producing feed pellets for poultry and other livestock, including chickens, pigs, and cattle.

Typical materials include corn, wheat, soybean meal, bran, grasses, straw (after proper chopping), and mixed feed premixes. Hard or fibrous materials may require pre-processing (grinding or chopping) before pelleting.

Pellet diameters from 2 mm to 10 mm. Pellet size is determined by the die; changing the die (mold) adjusts pellet diameter. Follow the manufacturer instructions to change and secure dies safely.

Rated capacity is 80 kg/h up to 1.2 t/h. Actual throughput depends on raw material type, moisture content, pellet size, motor configuration, and operator settings.

The machine supports 220V and 380V supply options. 220V is typically single-phase and 380V is typically three-phase; confirm motor configuration with the seller or on the product nameplate before connecting.

Place the machine on a stable, level surface with adequate clearance for feeding and discharge. Ensure proper electrical supply with correct voltage and grounding. Provide ventilation and a safe working area; secure machine bolts and connect according to the wiring diagram.

1) Prepare and pre-process raw materials (grind/chop, adjust moisture). 2) Install the correct die. 3) Power the machine and run briefly empty to check. 4) Feed material at a steady rate. 5) Collect pellets and cool/dry if needed. 6) Shut down and clean after use. Follow the user manual for detailed procedures and safety.

Regular cleaning of feed passages and die, lubrication of bearings and moving parts per the manual, periodic inspection and tightening of bolts, and timely replacement of wear parts such as dies, rollers, and seals. Clean after each use to prevent buildup and corrosion.

Common issues: jamming (clear die, check particle size and moisture), low pellet output (check roller/die wear, feeding rate, motor power), poor pellet quality (adjust moisture, check die clearance, ensure correct die/roller wear). Always stop power before inspecting or clearing blockages.

Always disconnect power before maintenance, keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts, wear PPE (gloves, eye protection, hearing protection), provide training for operators, and follow lockout/tagout procedures during repairs.

Warranty terms and spare parts availability can vary by seller and region. Contact Ainuok or your authorized distributor for warranty details, after-sales service and to order replacement parts such as dies, rollers and belts.

Pellet machines typically produce moderate noise and some vibration during operation. Install on a firm, level floor; use anti-vibration pads if needed and locate in a ventilated area away from livestock housing or living spaces where noise is a concern.

Machine dimensions are 110 x 35 x 70 cm and it weighs 95 kg. Allow additional clearance around the unit for feeding, maintenance and ventilation—plan for at least 0.5–1 m clearance on all sides.
