Eighteen-Head Embroidery Machine

An industrial-grade embroidery machine with 18 synchronized heads designed for high-volume production. It handles flat, cap, and garment embroidery and includes smart features like a high-definition 10-inch touch screen, automatic color change, automatic trimming, and real-time stitch display.

The machine has 18 heads. Each head is available in configurations of 12 needles or 15 needles (depending on the model/configuration you select), which determines the maximum simultaneous colors per head.

The working area is 400 × 450 mm per head.

It supports flat embroidery, cap embroidery, and garment embroidery, making it suitable for apparel, hats, patches, logos, and creative textile projects.

Flat embroidery speed range: 100–1200 RPM. Cap and garment embroidery top speed: up to 800 RPM.

A high-definition 10-inch LCD touch screen control panel provides pattern preview, test-run capability, real-time stitch process display, and easy navigation for settings and operations.

Pattern import is via USB and the machine supports DST format files. Prepare or export designs to DST with your embroidery software before importing.

Yes. The machine has automatic color change and automatic thread trimming. The number of colors you can use in a single design is effectively limited by the number of needles per head (12 or 15).

All 18 heads embroider simultaneously, allowing you to produce 18 identical pieces at once, dramatically increasing throughput for bulk orders and reducing unit production time.

Gross weight: 3300 KG; Net weight: 3000 KG. Packed in a wooden case with dimensions/product volume approx. 10.53 × 1.12 × 1.6 m = 18.8 CBM.

The machine supports 110–220V. Confirm the specific voltage, phase, and plug type with your supplier or electrician before installation; you may need an appropriate supply or transformer based on your site.

Key components include the 528 spindle motor and high-quality Hirson hooks. The machine also features an emergency stop, multi-language interface, and a robust industrial frame for stability during high-speed production.

Daily tasks: clean lint and debris, check and change needles as needed, fill/inspect lubrication points. Weekly/monthly: inspect hooks and bobbins, check belt/tension, test automatic trimmers and color-change mechanisms. Arrange periodic professional servicing for timing and motor checks.

Specifics on installation, on-site training, and warranty vary by seller and region. Contact your vendor or distributor to confirm which services and warranty terms are included or available as add-ons.

Common accessories include cap frames, various hoop sizes, needles, bobbins, thread stands, and stabilizers. Spare parts such as hooks, motors, and electronic components should be sourced through your supplier or authorized parts channels—confirm availability and lead times with the manufacturer or distributor.
