An Eddy Current Tester is a machine designed for sorting and recycling non-ferrous metals, primarily aluminum, using advanced technology for efficient material separation.
The Eddy Current Separator is specifically designed for non-ferrous metals, with a primary focus on aluminum, but it can also sort other non-ferrous materials.
The available models include WL-100, WL-120, WL-140, WL-160, WL-180, WL-200, and WL-220, each with varying specifications to meet different operational needs.
The power range varies from 2.2 kW to 160 kW depending on the model selected, allowing for flexibility in operation based on the scale of sorting required.
The effective belt width varies by model, ranging from 840 mm to 2000 mm.
The belt speed can reach up to 2 m/s, allowing for efficient material movement during the sorting process.
The rotor speed can vary up to 4000 r/min, which enhances the effectiveness of the sorting process.
Yes, the Eddy Current Tester comes with a 1-year warranty and online support is available after the warranty period.
Industries such as metal recycling facilities, waste management companies, manufacturing plants requiring metal separation, and environmental organizations focused on recycling can benefit from this machine.
While primarily designed for aluminum, the Eddy Current Separator can also efficiently sort other non-ferrous metals.
The dimensions vary by model, with widths from 1440 mm to 2610 mm and lengths that accommodate the belt width.
The weight of the Eddy Current Tester models ranges from approximately 400 kg to 40000 kg, depending on the specific model.
Yes, customizable color options are available for the Eddy Current Tester to suit specific branding or operational needs.
The Eddy Current separation process works by generating an eddy current in the metal to be separated, which then causes the metal to be propelled away from non-metal materials, allowing for effective sorting.
Technical support is available online after the warranty period, ensuring assistance with any operational queries or issues.
