Easy Operation Animal Feed Pelletizing Making Chicken Feed Machine Model: ZC-150

The machine has a production capacity of 200 KG per hour.

It requires three-phase power. Specific voltage (e.g., 380V/400V) can vary by market — confirm the required voltage with the seller before purchase.

It is designed for common poultry feed ingredients such as corn, soybean meal, wheat, fishmeal and mixed powdered feeds. Materials should be ground and mixed to a suitable powder before pelletizing.

Pellet size depends on the die/mould used. Available die sizes vary by supplier — contact the seller for die options and typical sizes suitable for chickens.

The machine is designed for easy operation: load mixed feed powder, check moisture and machine settings, start the motor, and control feed rate as needed. A user manual and basic training are recommended for safe, efficient use.

Yes. Grind raw ingredients to a fine powder, mix ingredients evenly, and control moisture (ask your supplier or nutritionist for the ideal moisture for your recipe). Proper pre-treatment improves pellet quality and machine performance.

Dimensions: 1220 x 530 x 850 mm (L x W x H). Net weight: 204 kg. Single package size: 122 x 53 x 85 cm. Single gross weight: 230 kg.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning after use, lubricating bearings and moving parts, checking belts and fasteners, inspecting and replacing worn parts (dies, rollers) and following the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.

Operators should read the manual, wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection), keep hands away from moving parts, ensure guards are in place, and use the emergency stop if needed. Verify any additional safety features with the supplier.

Yes. With 200 KG/h capacity, it is well suited for small to medium farms. Larger operations can use multiple units or opt for higher-capacity models depending on demand.

Common issues: pellets not forming (check moisture and particle fineness, ensure die/roller condition), low output (check power supply, feed rate, worn parts), unusual noise or overheating (inspect lubrication, bearings, and ventilation). Contact the supplier for persistent problems.

Spare parts are typically available from the manufacturer or supplier. Common wear parts include dies, rollers, belts, and seals. Confirm availability and lead times with your supplier before purchase.

The machine is sold as a single item and packed in a box sized 122 x 53 x 85 cm with a gross weight of about 230 kg. Shipping method and inclusions (tools, manual, spare dies) should be confirmed with the seller.

Warranty terms and product certifications are not listed here. Please contact the seller or manufacturer (SUNSHINE) for warranty details, CE/ISO or other certification information and after-sales support options.

Estimate daily feed needs (kg/day) and divide by the machine’s hourly capacity (200 KG/h) to determine required operating hours. For higher demand, consider multiple machines or a larger model. Consult the supplier for custom recommendations based on your farm’s size and feed formulation.
