The DY-1200-1 Egg Tray Production Line  is a complete molded-pulp egg tray manufacturing system designed for continuous production of paper-pulp egg trays. The line combines pulp preparation, forming, drying, auxiliary water/air systems and manual baling into an integrated production setup. 1200 pieces egg production line

The forming section uses a servo-motor-controlled single-face molding machine with five forming moulds and five transfer moulds. The system is designed to produce 30-cavity egg trays, with a stated output of approximately 1,200 pieces per hour. 1200 pieces egg production line

The recommended workshop size is approximately 38 m × 3.8 m × 4.5 m. The pulp tank, water tank and drainage system must be prepared by the buyer using reinforced concrete. Suitable power and water supplies must also be available at the installation site.
