Product Description

The DX-216 Drum Wood Chipper is a heavy-duty wood-processing machine for chipping logs, branches and wood waste. Its motor-driven drum cutting system features a 650 mm knife roll diameter and accommodates 3 blades. The 230 × 500 mm feed mouth accepts material up to the specified maximum size of 200 mm, producing chips between 20 and 35 mm long.

Powered by a 55 kW main motor, the DX-216 offers a processing capacity of 6–8 tonnes per hour and a rotary speed of 590 RPM. Material handling is supported by a 3–4 kW feed conveyor, a 4 kW feed roller motor and a 2.2 kW discharging conveyor. Electric start provides straightforward machine start-up.
