This printer is designed for direct-to-film (DTF) textile printing and is ideal for producing high-quality, vibrant prints on T-shirts and a wide range of fabrics (cotton, polyester, blends). It prints onto transfer film which is then powdered and heat-transferred to garments.
It is equipped with two XP600 printheads and supports a maximum print resolution of 2880 x 1440 DPI for sharp, detailed images and smooth gradients.
The printer uses textile pigment inks in a CMYK+White (CMYK+W) configuration. White ink agitation and circulation are built into the system to maintain opacity and prevent settling.
Printing speeds vary by quality mode: 4 PASS achieves approximately 4 m²/h and 6 PASS about 3 m²/h. You can choose the mode depending on the required quality and throughput.
The machine supports A3-size DTF printing with a maximum printing width of 300 mm.
The printer is compatible with Maintop 6.1 and PF RIP software. Supported document formats include PDF, JPEG, and TIFF.
Official compatibility includes Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 10. For Windows 11 or Mac OS support, contact the vendor for drivers or compatibility updates.
Data transmission is via a Gigabit network port (Ethernet), enabling reliable and relatively fast file transfer for production workflows.
You will need textile pigment inks (500 ml bottles provided compatibility), PET transfer film, hot-melt DTF powder, and a heat press or curing oven to fuse the print to the garment. A shake powder machine (specs included with the system) is used to apply and remove excess powder.
Yes. The printer includes white ink agitation and circulation to prevent settling, and a 500 ml ink bottle system with a low-ink alarm. Routine printhead cleaning cycles and recommended cleaning solutions should be used per the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
Printer dimensions: 970 x 540 x 450 mm; gross weight: 75 kg. Shake powder machine dimensions: 900 x 600 x 580 mm; gross weight: 45 kg. Packing sizes are approximately 1080 x 650 x 660 mm for each unit.
The printer accepts an input voltage range of 110–220 V. Verify local electrical requirements and grounding before installation.
Yes. The CMYK+White ink system allows you to print a white underbase on dark fabrics so full-color prints remain vibrant and opaque after transfer.
Use the included RIP software (Maintop 6.1/PF) for color management and profiling. For ICC profiles tuned to your inks, film, and heat conditions, request profiles from the ink or printer supplier or create custom profiles with a spectrophotometer and RIP software.
