Dry and Wet Type Electric Diesel Trailer Concrete Aliva Gunite Shotcrete Spray Mortar Machine

This unit supports both dry and wet shotcrete/mortar spraying. It can handle dry-mix spraying (water added at the nozzle) and wet-mix pumping (pre-mixed concrete or mortar).

Typical output is 4–5 m3/h. Actual productivity depends on material mix, nozzle size, operator skill and jobsite conditions.

The machine is available with electric drive options (220V / 380V / 400V / 415V). Nameplate power is 7.5 kW and the main electric motor is specified as Y132M-6-5.5KW. A diesel-driven trailer configuration is also offered for sites without grid power.

Designed for concrete, mortar and shotcrete mixes. Maximum aggregate size is 50 mm; for optimum spray quality and wear life many shotcrete applications use smaller aggregates—follow your mix design.

Maximum conveying distance is up to 200 m (horizontal/vertical combined distance and actual usable distance will vary with material, hose layout and pressure).

Standard hose inner diameter is 51 mm. The machine requires a compressed air source capable of operating in the 0.3–0.9 MPa range for conveying and nozzle atomization—contact the supplier for recommended compressor capacity (m3/min) for your configuration.

Yes — it is a compact, trailer-mounted unit designed for transport between sites. Dimensions are 1130 × 1020 × 750 mm and the unit weight is approximately 780 kg; towing vehicle and local transport regulations must be considered.

The product comes with a machinery test report and outgoing video inspection to verify condition and operation before shipment.

Daily: flush water lines after wet use and clear hose/nozzle of residual material; check seals and connections. Weekly: lubricate moving parts and inspect wear components. Monthly: inspect motor, bearings, hoses and replace worn wear parts. Follow the operator manual for detailed intervals.

Common recommended spares include wear-resistant nozzle tips, gaskets and seals, hopper liners, hose sections, air valves and bearings. Contact the supplier to obtain an appropriate spare parts kit for your application.

Operators should wear appropriate PPE (respirator, eye protection, hearing protection, gloves and protective clothing), ensure proper grounding of electric models, follow lockout/tagout procedures for maintenance, and receive training in shotcrete nozzle handling and material safety.

Dry spraying feeds dry material to the nozzle where water is added and mixing/acceleration occurs; it is simple and flexible for remote/noisy sites but produces more dust. Wet spraying pumps pre-mixed wet concrete/mortar, producing less dust and more consistent placement but requiring a mixer and often a larger pump. Choose based on site logistics and finishing requirements.

Typical applications include building construction, tunnel support in mining, foundation repair, structural repair, waterproofing, and surface finishing on walls and slopes.

Contact the supplier (Coal Group) with your required model, preferred power option (electric voltage or diesel trailer), and any accessories (hoses, nozzles, compressor). For after-sales service, provide the machine serial number and test report; the supplier can advise on warranty, spare parts and technical support.

Yes—trained operators are strongly recommended due to the specialized handling of shotcrete equipment and safety considerations. Ask the supplier about on-site commissioning, operator training and instructional materials.
