Double Wheel Cocoa Stone Mill Grinder Chocolate Melanger Chocolate Grinder Melanger

The Double Wheel Cocoa Stone Mill Grinder, also called a Chocolate Melanger, is an industrial grinder designed to refine cocoa mass and mix chocolate ingredients (cocoa beans, milk powder, nuts, sugar, etc.) into a smooth chocolate or paste using stone wheels.

This melanger is offered in multiple capacities: 20 L, 60 L and 100 L to suit small-batch testing through large-scale production.

It can grind cocoa nibs/beans, milk powder, sugar, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts), spice powders, and many other cocoa- and fat-based ingredients used for chocolate, coatings and pastes.

Dimensions (L*W*H): 890*840*1180 mm. Weight: approximately 100 kg.

The unit is plug powered. Standard voltage options include 380 V and 220 V, and customized voltage configurations are available on request—confirm local electrical requirements before ordering.

Contact parts and the vessel are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel for durability and food-contact suitability.

Final fineness depends on the ingredients and grinding time; the melanger is designed to produce a smooth chocolate mass suitable for chocolate making. Desired texture is achieved by adjusting grinding time and wheel pressure.

Grinding time varies by recipe, ingredient particle size, and desired smoothness. In many cases several hours of continuous grinding are required; start with shorter tests and increase time until you reach the preferred consistency.

General steps: unplug the machine; scrape out excess paste; run a dry cleaning cycle with rice or cocoa nibs to remove residues; gently brush and wipe the stones and bowl with a dry or lightly damp cloth; avoid immersing the motor/electrical components; schedule periodic inspections of stones, bearings and seals. Follow manufacturer instructions for more detailed maintenance.

Always ensure the machine is properly grounded, keep hands and tools away from moving parts, secure the lid while running, wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection), disconnect power before maintenance, and keep children and unauthorized personnel away from the equipment.

Install on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation and access to the correct voltage supply. Have a qualified electrician confirm wiring and grounding. Allow sufficient working space around the unit for loading, cleaning and maintenance.

Online after-sales support is provided. Specific warranty terms, spare parts availability and service plans should be confirmed with the seller or manufacturer at the time of purchase.
