Double Deck Linear Vibrating Screen Machine for PVC Pellets Separation High Frequency Vibratory Separator Sifter

The Double Deck Linear Vibrating Screen Machine is used for high-frequency screening, sorting and separation of PVC pellets, granules and powders across plastic processing, chemical, food and mining industries.

Double deck refers to the standard two-layer (two-screen) configuration for increased throughput and grading. The machine is modular and can be supplied with 1–5 layers (single to multiple decks) on request to meet specific separation needs.

Screen mesh sizes range from 1 to 200 mesh. You can choose specific mesh apertures or multiple mesh combinations according to the particle size you need to retain or pass.

Rated capacity is greater than 1 t/h, but actual throughput depends on material properties (bulk density, moisture), chosen mesh size, number of layers and feed rate. Contact the supplier with your material details for an estimated capacity.

The machine is available in carbon steel for general applications and stainless steel for corrosive environments or food/chemical processing where hygiene is required.

Motor voltage options include 220V, 380V, 415V, 480V and 600V. Confirm the motor configuration and local electrical requirements when ordering.

An efficient cleaning system uses bouncing balls placed under the screen cloth to prevent blinding and clogging. Balls maintain open mesh apertures during operation and are easy to inspect and replace.

Core components include two vibration motors, screen decks, and frame. The nominal machine weight is about 500 kg. Shipping/package dimensions are typically 200 x 100 x 120 cm; confirm exact shipping weight with the supplier prior to shipment.

Yes. A video outgoing inspection and a machinery test report are provided to verify machine performance before dispatch.

Installation requires a level, solid foundation (concrete), anchor bolts for securing the frame, correct electrical supply matching the motor voltage, and basic alignment of the feed and discharge chutes. The supplier can provide installation guidance or on-site support if required.

Regular maintenance includes checking motor mounts and bearings, tightening bolts, inspecting and replacing worn screen cloths and bouncing balls, lubricating bearings (if grease-lubricated), and ensuring electrical connections are secure.

High-frequency vibrating screens produce vibration and some noise. Use vibration isolation mounts, proper foundation anchoring, and acoustic enclosures or barriers to reduce transmitted vibration and noise exposure.

Yes. Besides PVC pellets, the machine can separate granules and powders used in plastics, chemicals, food industries and can be used for ore screening in mining, provided the correct mesh, material of construction and configuration are selected.

Customization (deck count, mesh sizes, materials, motors and feed arrangements) is supported. Spare parts such as screen cloths, bouncing balls, bearings and motors are available—contact the supplier to arrange parts and service agreements.

Warranty terms and certification documentation (CE, ISO, etc.) vary by supplier and market. The machine is supplied with pre-shipment testing and inspection reports; for warranty length, accepted standards and any required certifications, please confirm with the manufacturer or sales representative.
