Diesel Pellet Making Machine for Chicken Feeds Processing Milling Equipments

This machine produces high-quality feed pellets for poultry and other small livestock. It compresses processed raw materials into uniform pellets for on-farm use or commercial feed mills.

The listed productivity is 200 kg/h. Actual output depends on raw material type, moisture content, and chosen die size.

The product name indicates a diesel-driven design, but the specification lists 380V which suggests an electric motor option. Many suppliers offer both diesel-engine and electric-motor versions—please confirm the power type with the seller when ordering.

The compact machine dimensions are 80 × 30 × 60 cm. The listed machine weight is approximately 110 kg. The single package size is 100 × 70 × 133 cm (gross package weight listed as 68 kg in the sheet—please confirm packaging details with the supplier).

The machine is designed for uniform pellet size. Standard pellet diameters typically range from 2 to 8 mm for poultry feeds. Available die sizes may vary—ask the supplier which die sizes are provided or available as options.

It can process common feed raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, straw, grass, and mixed feed formulas for poultry and small livestock. Materials that are appropriately ground and conditioned will pelletize best.

Optimal moisture is typically around 12–16% for most raw materials before pelleting. Exact ideal moisture depends on the material and die size—pre-conditioning (mixing with a small amount of water or steam) can improve pellet quality.

The machine is compact and designed for easy installation and operation. Basic mechanical assembly and connection to the chosen power source are required. The supplier should provide an operation manual and guidance for initial setup.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning, checking and lubricating bearings, inspecting and replacing wear parts (dies and rollers) when needed, and ensuring fasteners are tight. Routine maintenance greatly extends service life.

The specification lists a design lifetime of up to 10 years with proper use and maintenance. Actual lifespan depends on workload, maintenance, and quality of raw materials.

The product description doesn’t list specific warranty or spare parts policies. Contact the seller or manufacturer (brand: Be You) for details on spare parts availability, lead times, and after-sales service agreements.

Yes. Its compact size, 200 kg/h capacity, and simple operation make it suitable for independent farmers who want to produce their own poultry feed or for small-scale feed processing businesses.

Yes. It can produce pellets for various livestock and small animals provided the feed formula and pellet size are appropriate for the target species.

Expect basic guards around moving parts and emergency stop provisions when supplied. Users should follow safe operating procedures, keep guards in place, switch off power before maintenance, and use proper personal protective equipment.

Contact the seller or authorized distributor with your location, preferred power option (diesel or electric), and any desired die sizes or accessories. They will provide current pricing, shipping costs, packaging details, and warranty/service terms.
