The 3M9740B×150 restores flat, accurate surfaces on engine blocks and cylinder heads. Its 1500 mm table is 200 mm longer than the ×130 model, so it takes larger blocks, such as those from trucks, tractors, and generators, as well as longer multi-head setups. It combines grinding and milling in one vertical machine, and a gear motor and ball screw drive the table smoothly. Special fixtures allow multi-angle grinding of cylinders and heads, and resin sand castings keep deformation low so the machine holds its accuracy over time.
