Yes. The CWZD-400A is an automatic machine with integrated feeding, forming, sealing, cutting and automatic waste rewinding. Online support and training are available to assist with startup and operation.

Central middle sealing refers to a longitudinal seal typically on the back of a pouch (center seal). 'Three sealing' refers to three-side sealed bags where three edges are sealed and one edge is left open for filling.

The machine supports 220V or 380V electrical supply. Final electrical specifications (phase, fuse sizes, and power consumption) will be provided in the electrical plan prior to shipment and installation.

Actual speed depends on film type, bag dimensions and thickness. The CWZD-400A is a high-speed unit, but for an accurate speed estimate we recommend providing your film and target bag size so we can run tests and confirm expected output.

It uses two Japanese servo motors for precise web feeding and cut positioning, a KONTEC Taiwan photocell for accurate registration, and a Yaskawa Japan inverter for stable motor control—ensuring consistent bag length and seal accuracy.

The skip function allows the feeder to advance up to 6 feeding cycles automatically to manage registration issues or media defects without stopping production, reducing downtime and material waste.

Yes. The CWZD-400A comes with an automatic waste rewinding unit to collect and rewind scrap film for cleaner operation and easier disposal or recycling.

The machine is CE and GSG certified. Detailed certification documents can be provided upon request.

Yes. The manufacturer offers online support and training. On-site installation/commissioning and extended after-sales service can be arranged—please contact sales to discuss options and costs.

The CWZD-400A is multifunctional and can be adapted for various pouch features. Customization options (zippers, tear notches, spouts, window cutting) depend on project requirements—provide specifications so we can confirm feasibility and pricing.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning, lubrication, and periodic checking of seals, belts and sensors. Critical components (servo motors, photocell, inverter, main motor) use reputable brands and spare parts are available; speak with sales for recommended spare kits and lead times.

Supply ability is about 300 sets per year. Lead time depends on order size, customization and current production schedule—contact sales with your order details for an accurate delivery estimate.
