It's a compact, mobile machine for spraying emulsified asphalt for road maintenance, patching, tack coats and surface treatments, offering adjustable spray width and flow for even application.

Equipped with a Honda GX160 gasoline engine, 7 HP (5 kW) at 3600 r/min.

Uses a gear pump with a maximum flow rate of 310 L/min, revolving speed 1500 r/min. Spraying capacity is greater than 18 L/min (adjustable).

Spraying width is adjustable between 500–1000 mm. The nozzle is stainless steel, size No. 8.

Machine size is 1500 × 1240 × 1360 mm and weight is 177 kg.

Yes — by default it can accommodate a 258 kg bucket with 584 mm diameter in front, but weight and diameter can be customized to your requirements.

Standard tube length is 5 m and it can be adjusted to a different length upon request.

The unit is lightweight and designed for flexibility and easy movement. Operation is simple and easy to learn, minimizing labor requirements.

Features include an external safety valve for easier maintenance, integral lubrication, and a cleaning valve design to simplify lubrication and system flushing.

Use the built-in cleaning/lubrication valve to flush the pump and hoses. Flush with water or an appropriate cleaning solution recommended for the specific emulsified asphalt used; follow material supplier and engine manual guidance.

It's intended for emulsified (water-based) asphalts commonly used in tack coats, surface treatments and some patching operations. Confirm compatibility with your asphalt supplier for additives and viscosity limits.

Common service parts (nozzles, hoses, filters, valves) and optional accessories (different buckets, extra hoses, alternative nozzles) are typically available — check with the supplier for specifics and lead times.

Follow the Honda GX160 engine manual for oil change and routine checks. Regularly inspect and clean the pump, filters and nozzles, keep lubrication points serviced and drain/flush the system after use to prevent clogging.

The model is custom-made; common customizations include bucket size/weight, tube length, spray width/nozzle options and paint or control layout. Lead time depends on the scope of customization — confirm with the manufacturer or dealer.

Warranty terms and certifications vary by supplier. Many suppliers offer a standard warranty (often around 12 months) and can provide certifications or test reports on request — verify with the seller before purchase.
