We offer custom sizes to suit your event. Common sizes are small (approx. 3–4 m wide), medium (4–6 m) and large (6–10 m), but exact dimensions can be made to order — please provide the opening height and width you need when requesting a quote.

Provide high-resolution vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) when possible. High-res PNG or TIFF (300 dpi) is acceptable. Include desired placement, colors, and any Pantone references. We will provide a proof for approval before production.

The arch is made from durable Oxford cloth with reinforced seams and stitching. It is designed for short- to medium-term outdoor events and resists normal wear and tear when used and anchored properly.

The Oxford cloth is water-resistant and has basic UV protection suitable for events. It is not intended for continuous exposure to heavy rain or prolonged direct sunlight — we recommend deflating and storing it during severe weather or extended outdoor storage.

A blower is included with the arch. Anchoring accessories (stakes, ropes, sandbag options) and repair kits are often available — please confirm which items are included or offered as add-ons when you place your order.

The arch uses an electric blower that requires continuous power while in use. Voltage and plug type depend on your region (commonly 110–120V or 220–240V). Confirm the required voltage and plug configuration with the seller before shipment. The blower should be kept on a stable surface and away from water.

Inflation typically takes a few minutes (often 3–10 minutes) depending on size. Deflation is also quick once the blower is turned off and air outlets are opened; full packing time will depend on drying and folding.

Use the provided anchor points with stakes for grassy/soil surfaces, or sandbags/weights and ropes for hard surfaces. Always follow the included anchoring instructions and use sufficient anchors for the arch size and wind conditions.

Do not use the arch in strong winds or storms. As a general guideline, disable and secure the arch if winds approach or exceed the safe limits advised by the supplier (commonly around 20–30 mph / 32–48 km/h). Always anchor securely and monitor weather during events.

Clean with mild soap and water and a soft brush or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and air dry completely before storing. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive tools that could damage the fabric or print.

Store the arch dry, fully deflated, rolled (not tightly creased) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, rodents and sharp objects. Ensure it is completely dry to prevent mold or mildew.

Minor punctures can typically be repaired with adhesive patch kits (available from the supplier). For larger damage, professional repair services are recommended. Contact the seller for repair kits, instructions or repair services.

Typical production lead time for customized arches is about 7–20 business days after artwork approval, depending on size and complexity. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination and shipping method. Confirm the timeline when ordering.
