Speed Controller Temperature Controller Functions

PVC Former:

PVC is formed by heating. Mould can be customized according to actual needs.

 

Automatic Feeder:

 

Regular material, such as capsule and round tablet, can work automatically. Irregular material such as eye mask, need to put by hand. Speed can be adjusted.

 

Film Conveyer:

Linkage convey structure. Multistage tensile, make the alu film straight without folding.

 

Sealing Device:

After automatic or manual feeding, heat seal the cover film with bottom film.

 

Draft Gear:

Two air cylinders. The first one is used to pull, the second one is used to locate.

 

Cutter and Output:

Cut finished alu-plastic plates into pieces according to actual needs. Bilayer structure. The up output is for waste and the bottom is for product. Easy to collect.
