Product Description:

The CRF-4200 is an automated carpet washing machine built for commercial carpet cleaning operations, rug wash facilities, and textile care businesses. Designed for efficient, hands-off cleaning, the machine requires only 1-2 workers to operate thanks to its button and handle-controlled system, making it accessible for teams without specialized technical training.

The unit handles carpets up to 3200mm in width, with a productivity rate of 90m² per hour, suited to medium-to-large scale cleaning operations. A speed-controlled conveyor belt moves the carpet forward and back freely during the wash cycle, accommodating all kinds of cleaning chemicals throughout the process. Two rows of nozzles handle rinsing, water, and soap chemical application, ensuring even saturation and thorough rinse-out across the full carpet width.

Cleaning is performed by 4 brushes plus 1 cylindrical brush, all capable of moving left and right, clockwise or anticlockwise, for thorough multi-directional scrubbing action. Brush height adjusts automatically according to carpet thickness — no manual adjustment needed — allowing the machine to handle carpets of varying pile heights without operator intervention between loads.

Powered by an 11kW motor with brush speed of 300 RPM (adjustable), the machine runs on flexible input voltage (110/220/380/415V) for easy integration into different electrical setups, and uses Schneider and Chinese-brand electrical components for reliable operation. Water consumption is rated at 30 Kg/m² with electricity consumption of 0.075 Kg/m².
