Cone Log Splitter for Excavator/hydraulic Wood Splitter

It is designed for excavators and skid steers with an auxiliary hydraulic circuit. Confirm your machine can provide the required hydraulic flow (30–70 L/min) and pressure (100–170 bar) and can carry the 90 kg attachment safely.

Required hydraulic flow is 30–70 L/min and operating pressure range is 100–170 bar. It uses a hydraulic (Eaton) motor and needs two hydraulic lines (supply and return).

Maximum log diameter is 0.4 m (40 cm) and recommended maximum log length is 0.8 m (80 cm). Actual performance may vary with wood species and moisture.

The unit includes the cone log splitter assembly and two hydraulic hoses for quick setup. Other items such as mounting adapters, couplers, or guarding may be optional — confirm with the supplier.

It attaches via a mounting bracket or quick-coupler interface. Some carriers may require a simple adapter or pins; professional installation is recommended to ensure safe mounting.

Wear PPE (gloves, eye protection, steel toe boots), keep bystanders clear, never stand in the cone’s path, secure logs before splitting, shut off hydraulics and relieve pressure before maintenance, and follow your carrier’s safe operating procedures.

Regularly inspect hydraulic hoses and fittings, check for leaks, keep the cone and housing clean, lubricate any grease points per supplier instructions, and service hydraulic systems per your carrier’s recommendations.

Use hydraulic oil recommended by your carrier and suitable for your operating temperature range. Follow the excavator/skid steer manufacturer’s viscosity and specification guidance; consult the supplier if unsure.

The splitter is built with robust construction and high-quality components (including an Eaton motor) for reliability in commercial and residential use. Regular maintenance will maximize service life.

Yes — color options are customizable. Additional options (mount adapters, guards, or control valves) may be available; contact the supplier to specify custom requests at order.

Warranty terms and spare parts availability vary by supplier and region. Check with the seller or distributor for warranty length, coverage details, and how to order replacement parts (Eaton motor parts commonly available).

Product dimensions are approximately 230 × 260 × 765 mm and the unit weight is about 90 kg. Packaging may add size/weight; secure properly for transport.

It can split many hardwoods, but performance depends on species, drying, and wood condition. Extremely hard or frozen logs may require additional passes or pre-cutting. Use caution and reduce log size if needed.

Cycle speed depends on your machine’s hydraulic flow within the 30–70 L/min range — higher flow yields faster splitting. Exact cycle time varies with log size, wood type, and carrier flow.

Contact the seller or authorized dealer for technical support, installation guidance, spare parts, and service. Provide your carrier model, hydraulic specs, and serial number (if available) to get the fastest assistance.
