Product introduction

The wet type stirring granulator makes use of high speed rotary mechanical agitation force and the resulting aerodynamic force to make fine powder materials continuously achieve the process of mixing, granulating, balling and densification in the machine, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. This granulation method has high granulating rate, the granule is more beautiful, and the energy is saved. This product is a patent product of our company: ZL201520285068.9.

Performance characteristics

1. The principle is simple and the granulation speed is fast.

2. High granulation quality.

3. No binder is needed, the organic particles can be inlaid with each other under a certain force, and granulation does not require the addition of binder.

4. A wide range of materials come from livestock and poultry manure. Heap fertilizer, green fertilizer, sea fertilizer, cake fertilizer, peat, etc.x

Working principle

The wet type stirring granulator utilizes the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting aerodynamic force to continuously realize the process of mixing, granulating, spheroidizing and densifying fine powder materials in the machine, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation . This granulation method makes the granulation rate of granules high, the granules are beautiful and save energy.
