100 kg/h Soap Production Line 

The 100 kg/h Soap Production Line is designed for the mixing, refining, extrusion, cutting and shaping of soap. The production line combines a soap mixer, three-roll mill and soap plodder with a cutting machine and soap stamping machine to support efficient soap manufacturing.

The system is suitable for small to medium-scale soap manufacturers looking to produce consistently shaped soap bars with customised designs and logos. The mixer blends soap granules with ingredients such as glycerin, colourants and fragrances, while the three-roll mill refines the mixture. The soap plodder then extrudes the processed material before it is cut and stamped into the desired shapes.

The line includes a control box for operating the motors, an air compressor to supply air to the cutting and stamping machines, a chiller to lower the plodder's temperature, and three extrusion dies supplied with the equipment.
