Commercial Shoes Sole Cleaning Equipment Shoe Washer and Dryer with Steam Sneaker Brush Equipment Used for Washing Shop

It is a semi-automatic shoe washer and dryer that uses steam and rotating brushes along with an alkaline cleaning process to clean and polish both the soles and uppers of shoes, designed for shops and shoe-care businesses.

Cleaning combines steam to loosen dirt and stains, rotating brushes to agitate and remove debris, and an alkaline cleaning solution for effective stain removal on soles and uppers.

The unit is semi-automatic: the cleaning cycles (steam, brushing and drying) are machine-driven, while loading/unloading and some operational choices are performed manually by the operator.

The machine operates on 220V with a rated power of 1200W. A properly rated outlet and circuit are required; consult an electrician if you need a dedicated circuit or different plug configuration.

It is suitable for many everyday shoes including sneakers, athletic shoes, and most rubber/plastic soles and fabric uppers. Exercise caution with delicate materials (suede, nubuck, certain leathers) — test a small area first or consult the supplier for guidance.

Alkaline cleaners are effective on many stains but can be harsh on delicate or dye-sensitive materials. Use recommended detergent concentrations, avoid prolonged exposure, and test on an inconspicuous area for sensitive materials.

Exact capacity and cycle times depend on the model and shoe size. The product is compact and typically intended for small-shop throughput; drying and cleaning times vary by shoe material and moisture level (commonly in the range of several to a few dozen minutes). Contact the seller for precise cycle specifications.

Steam generation requires water. Some units use a refillable internal tank while others may have plumbing options. Confirm with the supplier which configuration your model uses and follow their instructions for water quality (potable water recommended).

Regular maintenance includes cleaning and inspecting brushes, emptying/cleaning any catch trays, descaling steam components per manufacturer instructions, and checking hoses, seals and electrical connections. Follow the supplier's maintenance schedule to ensure longevity.

Yes. Steam can cause burns — avoid directing steam at skin, allow cooled surfaces before handling, and keep children away. Use recommended detergents and wear PPE (gloves, eye protection) when handling chemicals. Ensure proper ventilation when operating.

Yes — the equipment is designed for cleaning and polishing soles and uppers as part of its brush/steam cycles. For high-gloss finishes on certain leathers, additional specialized polishes and manual finishing may be desirable.

Ideal for shoe repair shops, sports equipment stores, retail shoe stores, dry cleaning services, and shoe enthusiasts who want commercial-grade cleaning capabilities.
