Commercial Cleaning Foldimate Ironing Machine Large Laundry Hotel Linen Sheets Ironing Machine

This is a large-capacity flatwork ironer designed to press and finish hotel linens, sheets, tablecloths and other large flat laundry items in commercial laundries, hotels, hospitals and catering operations.

Key specs include stainless steel housing, steam heat, gas fuel, continuous operation and cold water cleaning support. The machine size is 1560 x 2050 x 2320 mm. Voltage is listed as 380V and it is available in three-phase and single-phase options—confirm the exact electrical configuration with your supplier.

Yes — the ironer uses continuous steam heat for high-quality pressing. The unit is gas-fuelled, so steam is generated using the machine's gas-fired system or integrated steam generator depending on the model.

The specification notes support for a cold water cleaning process, which refers to modes or procedures for rinsing/cleaning internal components without using hot water. For details on how and when to use this function, refer to the operator manual or consult the manufacturer.

The listed voltage is 380V and the machine is available in three-phase and single-phase configurations. It also requires a gas supply for the burner and a water supply/drain for steam generation and cleaning. Exact requirements (breaker size, gas pressure, water flow) should be confirmed with the supplier or installation technician.

Throughput depends on linen type, thickness, operator settings and feeding speed. The machine is built for large-volume continuous operation (suitable for hotel-scale loads). For precise capacity estimates (kg/hr or sheets/hr) provide typical linen types and sizes to the supplier for a tailored calculation.

Yes. The machine is intended for commercial use including hospitals, where it can assist in achieving sanitization and high-quality finishing of bed linens. Ensure your infection-control protocols and any local regulatory requirements are followed for laundering and thermal disinfection.

Regular maintenance includes descaling the steam system, inspecting and tensioning belts, checking and cleaning rollers and ironing surfaces, servicing burners and gas lines, verifying safety controls and emergency stops, and periodic lubrication and electrical inspections. Follow the manufacturer maintenance schedule in the manual.

Only qualified technicians should install gas and electrical connections. Ensure proper ventilation for combustion gases, provide adequate grounding, train operators on hot surfaces and steam hazards, keep emergency stop and guarding functional, and follow local codes for gas equipment and workplace safety.

Common spare parts (belts, heating elements, gaskets, rollers, burner components and control parts) are typically available through the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Confirm part numbers and availability when placing your order.

Yes. Operators should be trained in feeding and handling linens, adjusting temperature and speed settings, basic troubleshooting and safety procedures. For maintenance and installation, use certified technicians for gas and electrical work.

Yes — the unit is designed as a continuous flatwork ironer and can be integrated into larger production lines. Planning should include space for infeed/outfeed, conveyors, steam and gas connections, and service access.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by seller and region. Contact the supplier or manufacturer for details on warranty period, included services, spares support and service contracts.

Provide sufficient floor space per the machine footprint plus extra clearance for service access, a solid level floor (may require anchoring), proper ventilation, gas piping, steam/water supply and drainage, and appropriate electrical supply. Exact site-prep requirements should be confirmed with the installer.

Contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor with your facility details (expected linen types and volumes, utilities available, electrical phase) to request a quote, capacity assessment or on-site/demo visit.
