It's an electric tempering and coating machine designed to melt, temper and coat biscuits, cookies, wafers and other snack items with chocolate or similar coatings for commercial production.

Suitable for biscuits, cookies, wafers, nuts, crackers and other small snack items that require an even chocolate or compound coating.

The machine is offered in multiple batch capacities: 8 kg, 15 kg, 30 kg and 60 kg to match different production scales.

Dimensions: 2200 × 640 × 1380 mm. Weight: 187 kg. Voltage: 380 V (three‑phase). Power is listed as 1800KW in the specification—please confirm the exact power rating with the supplier because that figure may be a typographical error.

Constructed from food‑grade 304 stainless steel for all food contact parts, which ensures corrosion resistance and compliance with typical food safety requirements.

The unit uses electric heating and is designed for stable operation during melting and tempering. Exact details on thermostat control, PID controllers or tempering curve presets should be confirmed with the manufacturer or in the user manual.

Throughput depends on chosen capacity model (8/15/30/60 kg), product size, coating thickness and process parameters. Contact the supplier with your product specs for estimated pieces per hour.

The machine is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance with stainless steel construction. Regular cleaning should follow food‑safe procedures; removable parts (if applicable) should be washed and sanitized. Refer to the supplied maintenance manual for recommended cleaning schedules and procedures.

Install on a level, sturdy floor with adequate ventilation. Ensure correct 380 V three‑phase electrical hookup and proper grounding. Follow lockout/tagout and electrical safety procedures when servicing. Use appropriate PPE when operating and cleaning.

Yes—the machine provides temperature control for tempering and allows operators to adjust coating parameters. Exact control options (digital controller, PID, manual valves) vary by model; check the technical sheet or ask the supplier for specifics.

Spare parts and after‑sales support are typically available through the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Confirm parts availability, lead times and service terms with your sales contact before purchase.

The specification does not list certifications. Request CE, food‑safety, or other regional certification documents from the supplier if required for your market or factory audits.

Yes—the machine is intended for chocolate and similar coating media. Different formulations (cocoa butter, compound coatings) may require adjustment of temperature and tempering profiles. Test runs are recommended to optimize settings.

Customizations such as different capacity tanks, conveyor integration, motorization or automation options are often offered. Contact the supplier to discuss custom requirements and any associated cost or lead‑time changes.

Warranty and lead time are not specified in the listing. Ask the supplier for the standard warranty period, warranty coverage details and current production/delivery lead times before placing an order.
