How It Works

Charcoal machine is the use of sawdust, crop straw (corn stalk, soybean straw, sorghum stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut stalks, sunflower stalks), chaff, grass, shrub branches, bamboo truncated, feed head, bagasse, etc. as raw materials, after being crushed by the wood chip crusher, under the action of the screw thruster and heating ring to form a high temperature and high pressure area to process the loose raw materials into hollow rods. It has high density, small size, good flammability, and can replace firewood and coal. Generally, the outer diameter of the product is 50-60mm, the aperture is 15-20mm, and it is hollow four-corner or hexagonal cylindrical. It can also be made into spherical, granular and honeycomb coal shape.
