The production line processes pre-painted steel and galvanized steel coils with thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm to 0.7mm, making it suitable for a wide variety of roofing applications. Featuring approximately 24–26 precision roll-forming stations, the machine gradually forms the material into the Klip Lok 700 profile while maintaining structural integrity and minimizing material stress.
Powered by a robust 7.5kW drive motor, the machine achieves production speeds of 10–12 metres per minute, providing reliable output for medium and high-volume manufacturing operations. The roll-forming system utilizes chrome-coated 45# forged steel rollers and hardened steel shafts to ensure long service life, wear resistance, and consistent product quality.
The integrated hydraulic cutting system automatically cuts panels to the required length with high accuracy. Equipped with CR12Mov heat-treated cutting blades, the machine delivers clean, precise cuts while reducing maintenance requirements and extending blade life.
A user-friendly PLC control system with touchscreen interface allows operators to automatically control production length and quantity, ensuring efficient operation and reduced labour requirements.
