Canvas Sneaker Shoe Making Machines Pneumatic Manual String Lasting Machine with Rubber Base Shoemaking Equipment

It is used to last (pull and stretch) canvas sneaker uppers onto shoe lasts using a pneumatic string-pulling system, helping produce consistent, high-quality sneakers in small to medium shoemaking operations and training workshops.

Pneumatic manual string lasting means the machine uses compressed air to power the string-pulling (lasting) action while the operator manually positions the upper and controls the process—combining pneumatic assistance with manual operation for control and efficiency.

The machine is rated at 0.5 kW and designed for 220V/50Hz electrical supply. Confirm your local supply matches or arrange an appropriate electrical connection.

Mechanical size is 60 × 55 × 98 cm and the machine weight is approximately 50 kg, making it relatively compact and portable for small workshops.

Yes. Because the lasting action is pneumatic, an external air compressor is required. Exact pressure and flow requirements are not listed here—contact the supplier for the recommended compressor specifications.

It is optimized for canvas sneakers and similar lightweight uppers. It can be used for many small-to-medium sneaker designs; for heavier materials or specialized constructions, check compatibility with the supplier.

The specification lists 'Other' for cutting thickness, which indicates the value may vary or is not applicable. Confirm exact cutting/thick material capabilities with the seller for your specific application.

Yes. The machine's semi-manual nature makes it suitable for beginners and training settings, while still being useful for experienced shoemakers. Hands-on practice is recommended to achieve consistent results.

Production rate depends on operator skill, shoe design, and workflow. In small to medium workshops an experienced operator can typically complete several dozen pairs per day; exact rates should be evaluated in your production environment.

Standard items explicitly mentioned are the machine itself, a heavy rubber base, a mechanical test report, and a video factory inspection. Other accessories, tooling, or installation services may vary—confirm the full packing list with the supplier.

The machine includes a heavy rubber base which provides good stability and reduces movement and vibration during lasting, improving safety and consistency.

Basic installation involves placing the machine on a stable surface, connecting electrical power and an air supply, and setting up any specific tooling or lasts. Follow the supplier's manual and contact them for detailed setup assistance or on-site installation if offered.

Regular maintenance includes keeping the machine clean, checking and tightening fasteners, lubricating moving parts as recommended in the manual, inspecting pneumatic fittings for leaks, and replacing worn tooling. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.

The listing indicates the machine is new and comes with a mechanical test report and factory inspection video. Warranty length and spare-part support are not specified—ask the seller for warranty terms, spare parts availability, and after-sales service options before purchase.

Yes. Follow general machine safety: keep hands clear of moving parts during operation, ensure proper grounding of electrical supply, secure pneumatic connections, and use appropriate PPE such as eye protection and hearing protection if noise levels are significant. Review the user manual for all safety guidance.
