The BYT BWZ-A Automatic Channel Letter Bending Machine is designed to form flat metal into channel lettering for signage production. It combines automatic feeding, slotting and bending in one system, supported by a mechanical arm with an alternating feeding mechanism. Slotting depth is adjusted automatically, while the integrated punching system further streamlines processing.
The machine is suitable for flat aluminium, stainless steel and galvanised steel. Its stated maximum material capacity is 30–220 mm wide, with thickness capacities of 0.3–2.0 mm for aluminium and 0.3–1.5 mm for stainless steel. A minimum bend radius of R5 mm supports detailed letter-forming work, while length accuracy is rated at 0.2 mm per metre.
