Branch Logger Wood Processor Firewood Machine 5inch or 10inch Firewood Chipper 15HP Cutting Forest Branch Cutter Wood Crusher

The product is offered in configurations for handling up to either 5 inches or 10 inches in diameter. Confirm the specific model/variant (5" or 10") with the seller before purchase.

It uses a 15 HP gasoline engine with an easy pull-start. Check the operator manual or seller listing for engine make/model and required fuel/oil recommendations.

The cutting system uses two rollers with four cutting blades per roller to feed and chip branches efficiently.

Weight is approximately 360 kg. Dimensions are 237.2 cm (L) × 80 cm (W) × 146 cm (H).

The feed/logger length setting can be adjusted to accommodate shorter or longer feed lengths; the product listing indicates options tied to the 5" or 10" capacity variants. Confirm the exact adjustment range with the seller.

Designed for cutting branches and preparing firewood from small logs and limbs. It is not intended for stumps, large logs above the rated diameter, rocks, metal, or other foreign objects.

Follow the operator's manual: wear PPE (eye, hearing, gloves), keep loose clothing and jewelry away, feed branches butt-end first, use push tools or feeding aids rather than hands, keep bystanders at a safe distance, and stop the engine before clearing jams or performing maintenance.

Regular maintenance includes checking and changing engine oil, inspecting/cleaning the air filter, sharpening or replacing cutting blades, greasing bearings, checking roller condition and fasteners, and inspecting fuel lines. Follow the maintenance schedule in the machine manual.

Throughput varies by wood species, branch diameter, moisture content, and operator technique. The machine is described as "high productivity," but contact the seller for performance estimates or real-world throughput figures for your wood type.

The design is described as compact for transportation, but the unit weighs around 360 kg, so a trailer, truck bed, or lifting equipment (forklift) is recommended for moving and loading.

Common wear parts such as cutting blades, rollers, belts, and bearings are typically available through the manufacturer or the seller. Confirm part numbers and availability at the time of purchase.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by seller and region. Ask the seller for warranty details, parts support, and service options before purchasing.

As a gasoline-powered wood processor, it will generate significant noise during operation. Hearing protection is strongly recommended for the operator and anyone nearby.

It can process wet wood, though throughput may be reduced and blades may dull faster. Frozen wood can be harder on blades and components; use caution and consult the manual or seller for recommendations on processing frozen material.

Shut the engine off and disconnect the spark plug or power source before attempting to clear a jam. Use tools (not hands) to remove obstructions and inspect for damage before restarting. Follow the safety and troubleshooting procedures in the user manual.
