BOPP Adhesive Tape Slitting Machine Plastic Product Making Machinery

Model KA1300. Max material width 1280 mm, max unwind diameter 800 mm, max machine speed 400 m/min, max slitting speed 300 m/min, min slitting width 12 mm, total power 5.5 kW, voltage 380V 3P 50Hz, paper core diameter 3 inch.

Primarily BOPP films and BOPP adhesive tapes. It is also suitable for many similar plastic films and pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes; for specialty materials or unusual thicknesses, consult the supplier.

The minimum slitting width is 12 mm. Maximum width is effectively limited by the machine's maximum material width of 1280 mm and by setup constraints.

Maximum unwind diameter is 800 mm (shaft width 500 mm). Maximum rewind diameter is 300 mm. Standard paper core diameter is 3 inches.

Max machine speed is 400 m/min; max slitting speed is 300 m/min. Actual operational speed will depend on material, slit width and production conditions.

Electrical: 380V 3-phase, 50Hz; total power 5.5 kW (cutting power 1.5 kW, rewind motor 0.3 kW). Pneumatic: compressed air at 5 kg/cm² (approx. 4.9 bar).

The machine uses 12 circular blades and employs pneumatic cutting technology for the slitting operation.

Machine dimensions: 2500 x 1400 x 1500 mm. Packed dimensions: 2710 x 1480 x 1570 mm. Net weight 1400 kg; weight after wooden packing 1600 kg.

Daily: visual inspection, remove debris and dust. Weekly: check blade condition, shaft alignment and pneumatic lines. Monthly: inspect bearings, lubricate moving parts per manual, check electrical connections. Replace blades when cutting quality declines.

Follow the supplier's blade replacement procedure: power off and lock out the machine, depressurize pneumatic lines, remove guards, replace or sharpen blades with proper tools, then reassemble and test. For safety and correct blade tensioning, consider supplier-assisted replacement.

Operators should be trained before use. Keep guards in place, use lockout/tagout during maintenance, follow compressed-air safety procedures, and avoid loose clothing near moving parts. Verify the specific safety features and emergency stops with your supplier or machine manual.

Many parameters can often be customized (shaft width, blade count, rewind diameter, electrical voltage/frequency). Contact the manufacturer or sales representative to discuss available customization options and lead times.

Recommended spares: circular blades, blade holders, bearings, pneumatic seals/hoses, drive belts, fuses and common electrical components. Maintain an inventory based on production volume to reduce downtime.

Most suppliers offer installation, commissioning and operator training either on-site or via remote support. Confirm availability, scope and cost with the supplier when ordering.

Packaging is wooden crating to packed dimensions 2710 x 1480 x 1570 mm and weight ~1600 kg. Lead times and shipping methods depend on order quantity, destination and supplier schedules—contact the vendor for an accurate delivery estimate and freight options.
