Biomass pellet machine is a kind of biomass energy pretreatment equipment. Mainly agricultural and forestry processing wastes such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, bark and other biomass as raw materials, through pretreatment and processing, it is solidified and formed into high-density pellet fuel. Biomass pellet machine is divided into flat mold biomass pellet machine and ring mold biomass pellet machine.

Straw fuel (that is, biofuel) is the use of corn stalks, wheat straw, straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, bark and other solid wastes of crops as raw materials, after crushing, pressurizing, densifying, molding, into small rod-shaped solid particle fuel. Pellet fuel is made by using pressure rollers and ring dies to extrude wood chips, straw and other raw materials under normal temperature conditions. The density of raw materials is generally about 0.6-0.8, and the particle density after molding is greater than 1.1, which is extremely convenient for transportation and storage, and at the same time, its combustion performance is greatly improved, reducing human dependence on petrochemical energy and atmospheric emissions.

Manufacturing Technique

Normalizing heat treatment after water forging of transmission gear tooth blanks improves the hardness of the tooth surface; The tooth surface is carburized, and the carburized layer is up to 24mm deep to enhance the wear resistance and extend the service life of the parts; The hard tooth surface is treated by silent fine grinding and trimming process to make the operation quieter and smoother.

3. The bearings used in the particle molding system are all high-quality silent bearings, and the thin oil circulating cooling and lubrication system is added, which makes the bearings have a longer service life and safer operation.

4. The automatic adjustment function of the pressure wheel automatically adjusts the pressure angle by using the principle of two-way rotation of the thrust bearing, so that the material is not squeezed and stuffy, and the stability of the discharge molding is guaranteed.
