Big Bed Sheet Laundry Press Ironing Machine Commercial Ironing Machine

A commercial-grade ironing press designed to quickly and efficiently iron large bed sheets and similar linens. It is built for hotels, laundries, hospitals and other businesses that need high-volume, high-quality ironing.

Power 1500 W, Voltage 380/220V, Weight 1000 kg, Dimensions 2580 x 980 x 1230 mm (L x W x H), Production capacity up to 0–22 m/min, Core component: motor, Warranty: 2 years.

Designed primarily for large bed sheets, flat linens, tablecloths, duvet covers and similar large items. It is not intended for small garments or highly delicate specialty fabrics without consulting the supplier.

22 meters per minute is the maximum theoretical output. Actual throughput will vary based on fabric type, thickness, operator skill, and required finish. Expect lower speeds for heavier or damp linens.

The machine is specified for 380/220V. 380V typically indicates three-phase supply; 220V may be single- or split-phase depending on region. Confirm your local supply and consult a qualified electrician or the supplier before installation.

The machine weighs approximately 1000 kg. Delivery will likely require heavy freight handling, a forklift or crane and adequate floor loading capacity. Plan for unpacking space and professional installation.

Minimum footprint equals the machine dimensions 2580 x 980 mm, plus additional clearance for operator access, service access and material handling. Verify door and corridor dimensions to ensure it can be moved into place.

Regular maintenance typically includes cleaning pressing surfaces, checking and replacing wear parts (belts, seals), lubricating bearings as specified in the manual, and inspecting electrical connections. Follow the supplier’s maintenance schedule for best results.

The 2-year warranty generally covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Wear-and-tear items, consumables, damage from misuse, improper installation, or modifications are commonly excluded. Confirm exact terms with the seller.

Yes — core components include the motor, and spare parts/service should be available from the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Ask the supplier for a parts list, lead times and recommended service plans before purchase.

Ensure operators are trained, follow the user manual, keep hands and loose clothing away from moving and heated parts, use proper grounding and electrical protection, and have emergency stop procedures in place. Confirm model-specific safety features with the supplier.

The machine is rated at 1500 W (1.5 kW). Energy consumption depends on operating hours and duty cycle. For example, running continuously for one hour consumes about 1.5 kWh. Actual costs depend on local electricity rates and usage patterns.

Yes — commercial presses often handle slightly damp linens to achieve better finishing, but performance and speed depend on fabric type and moisture level. Follow recommended operating procedures from the manual to avoid damage.

Training availability varies by supplier. Many manufacturers or dealers offer installation support and operator training for safe and efficient use. Confirm training options and any associated fees when purchasing.

Because the unit is heavy and bulky, shipping typically requires palletized freight, special handling and possible additional charges. Return policies vary; verify shipping terms, inspection on delivery, damage claims process and return policy with the seller prior to purchase.
