BAOBA BZ1095 Electric Type High Pressure Airless Sprayer for Large Porject

The BAOBA BZ1095 is an electric, high-pressure airless spray gun designed for large painting projects. It uses airless technology to deliver fast, even coatings and is suitable for both DIY and industrial applications.

Key specs include electric power source, 6L cup capacity, maximum pressure up to 22 MPa, multiple nozzle sizes (0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.7mm, 1.8mm, 2.5mm), model BZ-1095, single package size 69x69x80 cm, and gross weight approximately 60 kg.

The BZ1095 includes nozzles from 0.8mm to 2.5mm. Generally: 0.8mm for thin finishes, stains and fine work; 1.0–1.2mm for lacquers and light primers; 1.4–1.7mm for standard interior/exterior latex and primers; 1.8–2.5mm for heavy coatings, high-solids paints and industrial coatings. Choose based on coating viscosity and desired finish.

It is compatible with many coatings including water- and solvent-based paints, acrylics, enamels, primers, stains and varnishes. Very high-viscosity or heavy texture coatings may need thinning or a larger tip—check the paint manufacturer recommendations.

Some paints may require thinning for optimal atomization. Thinning depends on paint viscosity and the selected nozzle size—always consult the paint technical data and do a test spray. Never exceed the solvent limits recommended by the paint maker.

After each use flush the system with the recommended cleaning fluid (water for water-based paints, appropriate solvent for solvent-based). Clean the nozzle and filter screens, inspect seals and hoses, and store in a dry place. Regularly replace wear parts as needed.

Check and clean the tip/nozzle, filters and suction strainer. Verify the nozzle size is correct for the coating, ensure proper thinning, and confirm pump pressure is at the required level. Replace worn tips or seals if problems persist.

The BZ1095 is electrically powered and relatively large (packaged gross weight ~60 kg), so it is best suited for workshop, job-site, or fixed-position use. Use appropriate lifting/transport equipment for moving between sites.

Wear appropriate PPE (respirator, eye protection, gloves). Never point the spray gun at people or animals. Be aware of flammable solvent vapors, ensure adequate ventilation, and follow lockout/tagout procedures when servicing. Read the user manual for electrical and high-pressure safety guidance.

Yes. The BZ1095 supports customized orders including OEM, ODM and OBM options. Contact BAOBA or your supplier to discuss customization, branding or specification changes.

This model is electric powered, but voltage and current requirements can vary by market. Check the product label and user manual or consult the supplier for the correct voltage, plug type and any extension cord recommendations for your locale.

Use the correct nozzle size for the coating, maintain a consistent spray distance and overlapping strokes, keep the gun perpendicular to the surface, and adjust pressure to match material flow. Practice on a test panel before starting the main work.
