AZJ-12 Maquina Flexografia Flexographic Printing Machine

The AZJ-12 is a fully automatic flexographic printing machine designed for high-speed, multicolor printing on a variety of substrates including paper, plastic films, cloth and labels. It is built for industrial production where efficiency and consistent print quality are required.

It supports paper, plastic film, cloth, labels, tubes and similar flexible substrates suitable for flexographic printing.

The maximum printing speed is 150 meters per minute (150 m/min).

The AZJ-12 supports a maximum web width of 1050 mm.

Overall dimensions are 14,500 x 3,700 x 3,400 mm (L x W x H) and the machine weight is listed as 22,000 kg.

Maximum diameter of the unwinder/rewinder is 600 mm and the standard core diameter is 76 mm (3 inches).

Printing cylinder diameters range from 105 mm to 380 mm, and registration accuracy is ±0.1 mm.

The machine operates on 380V and the oven has a heating power of 135 kW to assist solvent/ink drying.

Tension range is 3–25 kg across the full web width. Proper tension control is critical for registration stability, consistent ink transfer and to avoid web wrinkles or stretch.

The AZJ-12 is fully automatic and designed for ease of use, but like any industrial press it requires routine maintenance. The vendor provides overseas engineer support for setup and service.

The machine is suitable for standard flexographic inks (water-based, solvent-based or UV depending on configuration). The integrated oven (135 kW) assists drying; confirm ink/oven compatibility with your supplier.

The AZJ-12 is CE certified according to the provided specifications. Verify certification documents with the supplier if needed for compliance records.

The specification notes engineers are available to service machinery overseas. Confirm the scope of support (installation, commissioning, training, spare parts and response times) with the seller before purchase.

The spec lists a single package size of 50 x 50 x 50 cm and a single gross weight of 800 kg, which is inconsistent with the full machine dimensions and 22,000 kg weight. Large flexo presses are typically shipped in multiple crates or on pallets and require special transport. Confirm shipping, crating and on-site rigging requirements with the manufacturer/supplier.

Warranty and training details are not specified in the listing. Many suppliers offer a limited warranty and on-site commissioning/training by engineers. Ask the seller for written warranty terms, available training packages and optional preventive-maintenance agreements.
