Product Description
The WB-300K Granule filling machine forms sachets from a sheet of laminated plastic (roll stock); prints numbers and letters ( Expiration dates, etc.) onto each sachet; measures a given quantity of product and introduces it into each sachet; and Seals every sachet and separates them into individual units.
Workflow : Material Lifting -->Cup volumetric filler Measuring -->Coding -->Bag Making -->Filling -->Gas Injection/Exhaust (Optional)--> Sealing-->Counting--->Conveying finished products.
Applications :
This Vertical packing machine is mainly used for packing granule products: such as sugar, salt, coffee beans, rice, beans, peanuts, sunflower seeds, grains, cereals, nuts, chocolate beans, potato chips/strips, frozen dumplings, cereal, tea, washing powder, desiccants, etc.
Suitable packaging materials:
Poly/paper, Paper/PE, PET/PE, PET/AL Plating/PE, BOPP/PE, Tea filter paper and other compound materials can be heat sealed is OK.,
recommend film thickness: 40 to 90 microns.
