Automatic V-bottom Brown Paper Bags Making Machine

The machine produces V-bottom brown paper bags (commonly used as fruit bags) and is versatile for various sizes within the specified ranges. It is ideal for retail, food service, and eco-friendly packaging applications.

The production speed ranges from 60 to 400 bags per minute, depending on bag size, paper type, and production settings. The maximum rated speed is 400 pcs/min.

Bag length: 160–420 mm; Bag width: 70–260 mm. These ranges are adjustable within the machine's programmed settings to produce different V-bottom bag sizes.

The machine supports paper weights from 40 to 80 g/m² and paper roll widths of 260–720 mm. Typical suitable papers include kraft and other standard packaging papers within that weight range.

Voltage options: 380V or 220V at 50 Hz. Machine power consumption is 3.7 kW. Confirm phase (single/three-phase) and local power requirements with the supplier before installation.

Machine footprint/overall dimensions: approximately 2.1 m (W) x 4.5 m (L) x 1.9 m (H). Total machine weight is about 3000 kg. Ensure your floor can support the load and you have adequate clearance for operation and maintenance.

Key components include the motor, PLC control system, gears, and gearbox. PLC-based controls provide programmable, user-friendly operation and parameter adjustments.

The machine is designed for easy operation with user-friendly controls. Basic operator training is recommended—suppliers typically provide training on setup, operation, routine maintenance, and safety procedures.

The machine is supplied with industry-standard safety provisions (such as emergency stop and protective guards). Exact safety features may vary by model/configuration—confirm specifics with the supplier.

Primary consumables are paper rolls (within the specified width and weight ranges) and adhesives used for the bag formation. Additional items may include spare parts, lubricants, and optional feeding/stacking accessories.

The machine comes with a video of outgoing inspection and a machinery test report to demonstrate performance and quality before shipment.

Spare parts for core components (motor, PLC modules, gears, gearbox parts) are typically available. After-sales support, maintenance services, and spare-parts supply depend on the supplier—confirm warranty and support terms at purchase.

The machine supports adjustable bag dimensions within the specified ranges. For further customizations (special printing, different materials, or additional finishing), discuss requirements with the manufacturer—custom options may be available.

Installation requires a suitable flat, load-bearing floor, electrical hookup (confirm voltage/phase), and space for operation. The supplier normally provides commissioning support and may offer on-site setup and operator training.

Packaging and shipping depend on supplier and destination; due to the machine's size (approx. 2.1 x 4.5 x 1.9 m) and weight (~3000 kg), transportation requires appropriate logistics (flatbed/ container/ LCL) and handling equipment. Lead times and shipping costs vary—request a quotation and delivery schedule from the supplier.
