Automatic Vacuum Sealing Packing Machine for Tray Sausage

It automatically removes air and seals cover film over pre-formed trays (such as sausage trays), producing tightly sealed packages to extend shelf life and improve presentation. It handles film, foil and plastic materials and is designed for high-speed, continuous operation.

The machine can pack up to 2880 boxes per hour. The specification also lists 12 cycles per minute, which indicates multi-pack capability per cycle depending on mold configuration.

It is compatible with cartons, film, foil and belt-style packaging and is intended for use with food-grade plastic cover films. For specific film types and thicknesses, consult the manufacturer.

The machine is electric and requires three-phase 380V, 50Hz power with a rated power of 18 kW.

Standard maximum mold size is 620 x 380 mm. Custom mold sizes are available to fit different tray shapes and product layouts—contact the supplier for custom tooling options.

It supports precast box depths from 10 mm up to 200 mm, covering shallow to relatively deep trays used for sausages and similar products.

Cover film widths from 150 mm to 350 mm are supported. For film thickness and material compatibility, confirm details with the manufacturer.

The listed single package size (shipping/package dimensions) is 395 x 95 x 210 cm and the single gross weight is approximately 2000 kg.

Yes — the unit is fully automatic to streamline packing. Typical machines include automatic cycle control and parameter settings; request specifics such as HMI, PLC, recipe control and I/O options from the supplier.

Yes. In addition to tray sausages, it can be used for beverage sealing, retail commodity packing, certain chemical packaging and small hardware items, provided appropriate molds and packaging materials are used.

The machine is designed for industrial packaging environments; routine cleaning and maintenance are required (film/path cleaning, seal jaw inspection, vacuum pump servicing). Ask the supplier for recommended cleaning schedules, spare parts lists and maintenance manuals.

Yes — it is suitable for integration into automated lines (e.g., tray loaders, conveyors, case packers). Confirm electrical and communication interfaces (signal I/O, conveyors height alignment) with the manufacturer for line integration.

Yes. The product supports customizable mold sizes to fit different product formats. Tooling lead time, cost and quoting will depend on the complexity of the mold and the number required.

Typical safety features include emergency stops, safety guards around moving parts and interlocks on access doors. Request the machine's specific safety documentation and compliance certificates from the supplier.

Contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor for spare parts catalogs, service contracts and warranty terms. They can provide recommended spare parts (seals, vacuum pumps, heaters) and options for installation, operator training and commissioning.
