The DJS series fume and dust collector provides a compact, fully-assembled and prewired solution for capturing fume and particulates generated during processing operations like grinding, mixing, thermal cutting from the source, helping reducing workers exposure to fumes and protecting the expensive machinery.

- Equipped with a centrifugal fan that can work continuously 24 hours per day with large air volume, low noise level and stable performance.

- Modular designed with small equipment footprint - open up valuable manufacturing floor space.

- Schneider electric components improve overall safety and stability, with function of phase sequence, overheating and overload protection.

- 15 pcs PTFE-membrane HEPA cartridge filters totaling 72m2 treat fine dust at 0.1- 0.3 microns efficiently.

- Automatic filter cleaning system with adjustable pulse time interval.

- Configured with two operation modes: Local & Remote. The remote linkage function can be applied to start and stop the equipment with other machine.

- Airflow management - Inlet with velocity reducer and inside airduct for decreased filter loading.

DJS series 304 material explosion-proof model

The DJS series comes in standard and explosion-proof versions, which can be customized according to different working conditions. It is used in food processing workshops to clean dust with flammable and explosive properties such as starch and flour. The whole machine is made of food grade 304 stainless steel material;

DJS series equipped with cyclone bucket

The DJS series standard model is equipped with a pre cyclone drum, which can be matched with automation equipment and CNC machining machines to centrally clean the dust during the processing. It is suitable for working conditions with a large amount of dust debris. The pre cyclone drum is used for pre-treatment and dust recovery of inhaled dust；
