The Automatic Poultry Feeding, Drinking and Climate Control System is a complete solution for commercial broiler farms. It brings feeding, drinking, ventilation and cooling together in one coordinated setup. This system is built for two poultry houses, each measuring 100 m × 12 m × 3 m, with a stated total capacity of about 18,000 chickens. It helps farmers run their houses with less manual work and more consistent conditions for bird growth.
The Automatic Poultry Feeding, Drinking and Climate Control System uses galvanized pipes and augers to move feed into durable polypropylene pans. Stainless steel nipples on PVC lines supply drinking water. For climate control, the system includes 50-inch tunnel fans, cooling pads, air inlets and sensors for temperature, humidity and negative pressure. A central controller ties these parts together to help manage airflow and temperature inside the houses.
