Automatic Pneumatic Shoe Side and Heel Lasting Machine Efficient Shoemaking Equipment for Side Lasting Making

The machine performs automated pneumatic side and heel lasting for shoes, enabling fast, accurate and consistent shaping and attachment of uppers to soles for side and heel areas.

Voltage: 220V. Power: listed as 1/2 HP and 1.6 kW. Net weight: 200 kg. Gross weight (packaged): 280 kg. Machine dimensions: 740 x 740 x 1560 mm. Single package size: 86 x 86 x 165 cm.

Yes — it is pneumatically operated and requires a compressed air supply. Exact pressure and flow requirements should be confirmed with the supplier or in the technical manual.

The machine is designed for standard shoe side and heel lasting and is suitable for common upper materials (e.g., leather, PU, synthetic textiles). For specialised materials or unusual lasts, provide samples to the supplier for compatibility confirmation.

The machine uses PLC core components and features user-friendly controls for straightforward operation. Basic training is usually sufficient; the supplier can provide operating instructions or on-site training if required.

Typical safety measures include pneumatic pressure controls, emergency stop(s), guards around moving parts and electrical grounding. Exact safety features and certifications should be verified with the manufacturer.

Yes. Its compact design makes it suitable for small and custom shoemakers, while its automated pneumatic operation supports integration into production lines for higher-volume manufacture.

The PLC control and pneumatic actuators provide repeatable motion and pressure, resulting in consistent side and heel lasting quality across production runs.

Regular maintenance typically includes keeping pneumatic lines and fittings clean and leak-free, periodic lubrication of moving parts as recommended, checking electrical/PLC connections, and replacing worn tooling or seals. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.

Common spares include pneumatic seals, valves, actuator components, electrical fuses, and any consumable tooling or fixtures used for specific lasts. Ask the supplier for a recommended spare parts list.

Installation should be performed on a stable, level surface with access to 220V electrical supply and a suitable compressed air source. Proper grounding and compliance with local electrical codes are required. The supplier or a qualified technician should handle setup and commissioning.

Many manufacturers offer optional fixtures, tooling or adjustments to accommodate different lasts and styles. Discuss your specific product requirements with the supplier for available customization options.

The machine is designed to be easy to operate, but suppliers commonly provide user manuals, remote or on-site training, and technical support. Confirm the level of support and any training packages when ordering.

Shipping and packaging details (package size and gross weight listed) should be arranged with the supplier or vendor. Warranty terms and after-sales service policies vary by manufacturer — request warranty, lead time, spare parts availability and service agreements before purchase.
