Automatic PE Biodegradable T-shirt Carry Bag Making Machine

This machine automatically produces T‑shirt style carry bags from biodegradable PE film. It cuts, seals and punches handles to form ready-to-use eco-friendly shopping bags for retail, grocery, events and e-commerce packaging.

It is designed for biodegradable PE films. For best results, use biodegradable PE formulations recommended by the manufacturer. If you plan to use other film types (e.g., compostable blends), confirm compatibility with the supplier.

The standard product is T‑shirt carry bags. Sizes and formats (width, length, gusset, handle style) are customizable—exact size range depends on film width and selected tooling. Contact the supplier with desired bag dimensions for configuration options.

Key published specs: Model CW500V; Voltage 380/220V 50/60Hz; Weight 4000 kg; Dimensions 9000 x 1350 x 1800 mm. Core components include industrial motors and brand-name parts for durability. For a full spec sheet (speed, max film width/thickness, air consumption, etc.) request the datasheet from the manufacturer.

Production speed depends on bag size, film thickness and process settings. The exact output (bags per minute or hourly throughput) is provided on the machine's detailed specification sheet—contact the supplier with your bag size and film details to get accurate expected capacity.

The machine features a user-friendly touch screen and supports multiple operation languages including English, Russian, Arabic and Spanish.

Standard electrical supply options are 380V or 220V at 50/60 Hz. Other utilities (compressed air, grounding, etc.) and exact power consumption depend on final machine configuration—confirm requirements with the manufacturer before installation.

It is built with high-quality components from trusted brands for long service life. Routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication of moving parts, periodic inspection of belts/rollers and replacement of wear parts will maximize uptime. The supplier can provide a maintenance checklist and spare parts recommendations.

Standard industrial safety features (emergency stop, safety guards and interlocks) are typically included. Exact safety equipment and compliance with local regulations should be confirmed with the supplier prior to purchase.

Many suppliers offer on-site installation, commissioning and operator training as part of the purchase or as an add‑on service. Confirm availability, costs and scope with the manufacturer or distributor.

Warranty terms and after‑sales support vary by supplier. Ask the manufacturer about warranty duration, included spare parts, remote troubleshooting, on-site service options and parts availability before ordering.

Yes. Machines are often configurable for custom bag sizes, punching tooling, print registration features and optional add‑ons. Provide your requirements to the supplier to discuss available customizations and related lead times.

Request a formal quote from the manufacturer or distributor. Provide required bag dimensions, film type/thickness, desired capacity and destination for accurate pricing, lead time and shipping cost estimates.

Many suppliers can produce sample bags or run tests on your film to verify compatibility and final product quality. Ask the vendor to arrange sample production or a demonstration, in person or via video.

Contact the machine manufacturer or an authorized distributor (the product lists brand CHOVYTING and model CW500V). Provide your contact details, required bag specs and production targets so they can supply detailed technical documentation, pricing and purchasing steps.
