Automatic Nuts and Bolts Cold Heading Machine with Threading CR6-70Z

The CR6-70Z is an automatic cold forging (cold heading) machine with threading capability designed to form and cut wire rod into screws, bolts and nuts.

Production speed is approximately 170–190 pieces per minute, depending on part geometry, material and tooling.

The machine is designed to work from wire rods. It is commonly used with typical fastener materials; for specific alloys and wire sizes please confirm material compatibility with the supplier.

The specified diameter range is 5–50 mm. Exact feasible diameters for a given part depend on part geometry and tooling.

Yes — the product name and specification indicate integrated threading capability for producing threaded bolts and screws.

Overall machine dimensions are listed as 2000 × 1100 × 1500 mm. Machine weight is given as 2080 kg (another spec field lists 1088 kg — please confirm exact shipping and net weights with the supplier).

The motor power is specified as 3 kW. Core components include a PLC and the motor, which are listed as covered under the core components warranty.

A 1‑year warranty is provided for core components (PLC, motor) and the machine has a 1‑year general warranty. After‑sales support is provided online; confirm options for on‑site support or extended warranties with the supplier.

The specification does not explicitly state included tooling. Cold heading machines require dedicated die/tool sets per part — confirm with the supplier whether dies, threading tools and setup services are included or offered as options.

Yes — the listing indicates a machinery test report is provided and an outgoing inspection video is available.

The machine is suitable for building material shops and manufacturing plants — essentially any fastener production environment producing screws, bolts and nuts.

Online support after sale is provided. For on‑site installation and operator training, contact the supplier to arrange services, as availability and fees may vary.

Routine maintenance includes lubrication, wear inspection of dies and tooling, and PLC/motor checks. Spare parts (wear parts, dies, electrical components) should be stocked or ordered from the supplier — confirm lead times and recommended spares.

Many cold heading machines are customizable via different die/tooling and process parameters. Contact the supplier with drawings and material specs to discuss customization options and feasibility.

Request a formal quotation from the supplier or manufacturer (brand: JUNNAN). Provide required part specifications, destination, and any requested options (dies, tooling, training) so they can confirm price, lead time, shipping weight and terms.
