1.Low corn loss rate
The new machine adds a corn cob twisting dragon, which can screen the processed corn cob again to prevent grain leakage.
2.Low crushing rate
The old machine has a high spindle speed and relies on a nail ruler on the shaft to strike the corn stick to achieve threshing.
The disadvantage is that the corn crushing rate is too high. The new machine uses the extrusion of rollers and grating plates for threshing, with a low crushing rate.
3.Wide range of humidity for processed corn
When the moisture content of corn is 18%, the purification rate of traditional equipment is between 98% - 99%, and the damage rate
is about 2%, while the new corn threshing machine can reach 99.6% in this humidity range, and the damage rate is less than 0.6%, and
can achieve non clogging, saving time and cost
4.Less impurities
Old machines have poor performance in the screening process, resulting in high impurity content in corn after threshing. The new
equipment has a high power fan, strong wind force, wider sieve plates, larger spacing between sieve spaces, and less impurities in
the processed corn, making it cleaner.
