Automatic Hydraulic Toe Lasting Machine Shoes Upper Making Machinery Footwear Shoemaking Machines

This is an Automatic Hydraulic Toe Lasting Machine (9 Pincers Automatic Shoe Toe Lasting Machine) used to automate the toe lasting process when making shoe uppers, improving consistency and production efficiency for small workshops and large factories.

The specification lists a rated voltage of 220V. Confirm with the supplier whether this is single-phase or three-phase and the required amperage for your region before installation.

Core components include a PLC for control. The supplier provides a video of outgoing inspection and a machinery test report to verify performance before shipment.

The product spec lists a weight of 440 kg and a single package size of 90 x 90 x 170 cm. The listing also shows a single gross weight of 380 kg; because those two figures conflict, please confirm net and gross weights with the seller prior to shipping.

The machine is hydraulic, using hydraulic power for strong, consistent lasting force. Specifics about pumps and valves should be confirmed with the manufacturer.

Exact cycle speed and daily throughput depend on model settings and operator workflow and are not specified here. Ask the supplier for typical cycles per minute and throughput data for your shoe type.

Yes — it is suitable for a variety of upper styles and sizes. Some adjustments or changeable tooling (lasts, pinners, pincers) may be required for different models and sizes.

Tooling inclusion varies by supplier and order. The model name indicates 9 pincers; confirm which lasts, pincers and other fixtures are supplied as standard and which are optional or custom.

Typical maintenance includes checking hydraulic oil level and condition, inspecting seals and hoses, periodic lubrication of moving parts, and PLC/system diagnostics. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for intervals and approved fluids.

Common safety features on industrial lasting machines include emergency stop buttons, protective guards and interlocks. Ask the supplier for the exact safety equipment and any required CE/OSHA compliance documentation for your market.

Many suppliers offer installation guidance, operator training, and after-sales support. The product notes include inspection and test report items; confirm with the seller what installation, commissioning and training packages are included or available.

Spare parts availability varies by brand and dealer. Since the brand is ASFROM, ask the supplier about on-hand spare parts, lead times, and recommended spare parts to keep in inventory (seals, filters, pincers,PLC components).

Customization options (additional pincers, tooling, control options, integration with conveyors or upstream/downstream machines) are often available. Contact the manufacturer or reseller to discuss specific customization needs.

The listing indicates a machinery test report and video outgoing inspection are provided. For regulatory certifications (CE, UL, etc.), request specific certificates from the seller to ensure compliance with your local requirements.

The selling unit is listed as a single item, so MOQ may be one unit. Packaging dimensions are listed as 90 x 90 x 170 cm. Confirm final MOQ, packaging details and shipping method with the supplier prior to ordering.
