Automatic Fruit Juice Apple Juice Tube UHT Sterilizer Machine Milk Sterilizer Machine

The machine is suitable for fruit juices (including apple juice), milk, apple cider vinegar and various fruit and vegetable juices or liquid products that require UHT sterilization.

It is a tube (tubular) UHT sterilizer designed for ultra-high temperature treatment. UHT typically involves heating the product to high temperature for a short time (commonly in the range of ~135–150°C for a few seconds) to achieve sterile or commercially sterile results.

The processing capacity is 1–8 t/h (tons per hour), depending on product characteristics and chosen model/configuration.

Power consumption ranges from 12,000 to 30,000 W. Voltage options listed are 220 V, 380 V, or 440 V. Confirm the required specification for your site when ordering.

Product-contact and key structural components are made of SUS 304 stainless steel, chosen for corrosion resistance and food-grade safety.

Dimensions are specified as 500 x 500 x 500 cm and the weight is approximately 500 kg. Allow additional space for service access and utilities.

Yes — the machine is CE certified. For other certifications or local regulatory compliance, please consult the supplier.

The unit features automatic operation intended to simplify processing. Most configurations include PLC-based control with a user-friendly HMI for setting process parameters and monitoring operation. Confirm exact control options with the vendor.

Typical utilities for a UHT tubular sterilizer include electrical power (per chosen voltage), steam or thermal energy for heating, cooling water for heat exchange, compressed air for pneumatic valves, and drainage. Exact requirements depend on the chosen configuration—confirm with the supplier prior to installation.

Yes — UHT tubular systems are normally compatible with CIP procedures. Regular CIP and sanitation are recommended to maintain hygiene and performance. Follow supplier-recommended cleaning protocols.

Routine maintenance includes inspecting seals and gaskets, checking valves and pumps, monitoring heat exchanger cleanliness, and periodic replacement of wear parts. Recommended intervals depend on product abrasiveness and usage; consult the maintenance schedule provided by the manufacturer.

Spare parts and technical support are available — the supplier lists a production/supply capacity of 30 sets per month. Contact the vendor for spare parts catalog, lead times and support packages.

The sterilizer provides UHT-treated product suitable for aseptic packaging, but an aseptic filler and sterile packaging line are required for complete aseptic filling and packaging operations. Ask the supplier about integrated solutions or compatible fillers.

Lead time and customization options vary by order size and configuration; the supplier can customize voltage, control options and layout to suit your plant. Warranty and after-sales service terms are set by the vendor—contact them directly for specific lead times, customization possibilities and warranty details.
